The Mission...

~The Mission from God to this Seer: Why I must journal~

“2 Then the LORD answered me and said: 

      “ Write the vision 

      And make it plain on tablets, 

      That he may run who reads it. 

       3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; 

      But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. 

      Though it tarries, wait for it; 

      Because it will surely come, 

      It will not tarry. “(Habakkuk 2:1-3)

      

* To Encourage, Edify, and Comfort…

“Therefore let us pursue the things which make for peace and the things by which one may edify another.“(Romans 14:19)

“for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ,“(Ephesians 4:12)

“Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.“(1 Thessalonians 5:11)

When I first started out on my prophetic journey with the Lord, I would have loved to have had a book in my hands that simply stated a vision/dream and how to interpret it.  It would have been even better yet if would have gone a step further into recognizing God speaking in more ways than just through the preacher on Sunday mornings.  


…I pray that as you read my journal that you can learn ways to recognize God speaking as he speaks to us in so many different ways. I pray that you are encouraged to dig deeper, edified to the depths of God and comforted in knowing that God is a living being literally speaking into your life daily.   

*To Lay Down My Life for My Friends...

“13 Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. 14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you. 15 No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you. 16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”

(John 15:13-16)

Through the years as I was learning how to lay down my life, learning how to be obedient  the one thing that the Lord would say to me over and over was this, “There is beauty in this breaking!“  It took me so long to understand what he meant as while I was being broken I felt everything except beauty!  But, the Lord saw a time when He would ask me to lay down my life for my friends. He would ask me to live transparently, when my daily walk with him would be written out and obedience was paramount.  


... I pray that as I lay down my life on these pages you are blessed and encouraged!

*To Allow the Living Waters to Flow...

“23 If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” 24 Then He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it will be measured to you; and to you who hear, more will be given. 25 For whoever has, to him more will be given; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him.” (Mark 4:23-25)

One day as I was asking for more of the Lord, I received a vision of  Living Waters and Jesus standing by the waters.  Jesus said, "I am the Living Water those who drink from this water will never thirst“. Then I saw myself becoming part of the living waters. Through my head and out my belly waters were flowing (John 7:38~ "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.").  So, in essence I share what God has revealed to me to allow the living waters to flow... as they flow new waters are being added... Glory to God!!


...I pray that that the living waters that flow through me will quench your thirst and will spring up wells of living waters through you!

*To Place the Light on the Stand...

“Also He said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? 

Is it not to be set on a lamp stand?” (Mark 4:21)   

“Your word is a lamp to my feet.  And a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

God has placed a light within each of us as Christians.  We are not called to hide them as in secret places.  We are called to carry that light out into the world destroying darkness! As we do this our paths become brighter and the paths of others are made brighter. Clearer.


...I pray that my light will ignite a flame.  A burning desire to know God more...to destroy the darkness!

*To Strengthen Faith...

“So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17)

You know, in life so many things happen to us and many times it's God trying to get our attention.  And not necessary by our own faults we miss every message that God gives us. Until one day, he places someone in our path that heard Him and the message they bring is the message God has been trying to give us... Praise God!! When we hear that message our faith is built up. We then are better able to step out and see and hear for ourselves God speaking to us. Glory to God~for He keeps trying to reach us! Lord give us eyes to see and ears to hear.... to bring you Glory!! 

... I pray right now in the name of Jesus you have eyes to see and ears to hear the message God has for you!
