WAKE UP CALL
[rhema/vision] 4/17/12 WAKE UP CALL
HEARD: Coffee.
Comments
by Sandy Warner:
COMMENTS AND INTERPRETATIONS:
I don't drink real coffee as it gives me the jitters. (smile)
Almost all Decaf has 3% caffeine in it. Coffee
represents a strong wake up call. The fact that I chose Decaf
means I still had 3% of my spiritual walk that needed a wake up call.
Cream is a way of neutralizing the bitterness of the coffee taste down with the
Word of the Lord.

quote/comments]
[Father, what's on your mind?
Can I have a scripture? ]
SAW: Isaiah 53:6
"All
we like sheep have gone astray;
We have
turned, every one, to his own way;
And the Lord has laid on
Him the iniquity of us all."(Isaiah 53:6)
My Comments:
Last week I
made a comment to a friend that I had been through so much warfare lately in
receiving strong meat that at times my desire to 'hear' is very low. Since then I have been less than eager to
hear as the battle is treacherous at
times concerning the level of deception from the enemy. I knew that this was what the Lord was
wanting to address.
MY PRAYER:
Father, I am
so tired. The warfare is so much. I am so weak
and it hurts to bad when I get it wrong. Sometimes it is so much easier to turn my
head and just walk away, give in and just be done with it. Father help me in my weakness...Increase my desire...Soften my heart....Be my strength!
While
still in prayer I heard my email alarm and I received this email with this
subject "Breakthrough"!!
IMPRESSION:
God is wanting to me to breakthrough in every area of my spiritual walk
and not give in to the influence of the enemy.
FILL THY CUP:
Sweetie, I
know your tired. I know it's hard. But you can't give up. I want you to push harder through all the
enemies influences. Through all the
schemes. Look past them and look to
Me. For I am right here with you. Never will I leave you! Breakthrough!
On my way to
work, I was trying to make a phone call
and dialed the number '293'
instead of '263' twice. I was instantly
quickened to this.
Strong's
Concordance: G293 corresponds with the
following: anything thrown around one to
impede his motions, as chains, a garment,
a net for fishing
Impede
defined:
- to interfere with or slow the progress of:
- to retard in movement or progress by means of obstacles or hindrances; obstruct; hinder.

SAW: A
fruit resembling an avocado being cupped with two hands. As I watched I saw the
two hands peeling back the think rough outer skin of the avocado. Then I see the soft outer layer being pulled
away and I see a the rock hard inner seed.
HEARD: Meat of the matter. Meat.
(Meat refers to the deeper
things of God. Hearing strong meat. )
"12 For though by this time you ought to be
teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of
the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid
food.13 For everyone who partakes only of
milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a
babe. 14 But
solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who
by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. "(Hebrews 5:12-14)
8 Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the day of trial in the wilderness,"
(Hebrews 3:7-8)
Fill Thy Cup:
Sweetie, I
know you have been hurt by the enemy and he wants nothing more than to impede
your forward progress. He will throw
every kind of obstacle and hindrance your way.
My sweet daughter, do not harden your heart and despise strong
meat. You need this for the days ahead.
Wait for me and I will peel back the outer layer so that you may see and hear
deeper. I will uncover truth to you so
that you may know you are hearing Me.
Wait for Me and I will reveal it to you.

Strengthen your flock. Strengthen
your sheep. Feed
them no longer just bread, but strong meat which you can only get when you wait
on Me. For the times are coming
where people will no longer endure sound doctrine. But you oh men of God, make
yourselves strong and bold and immerse yourselves in the living Word, that the
Word may come alive within you. That you may then speak forth not just
words, but Words of Spirit and truth.
Again I would say until you, strengthen your flock. Guard them from the
evil one for evil days are coming and no man knows how it will come. Your
wisdom will not help you in that day because your wisdom has taught you to look
in the wrong direction. For I say unto you, what you have heard, known is
not that which is going to come. But if you humble yourself and are willing to be taught by My
Spirit, surely as the pages are lifted up from one page to another in a book,
so will My Spirit unveil precept upon precept, truth upon truth from My
Word. And even the many layers that are clouding your mind, they will be
peeled one after another that you may comprehend the deep things of the
Spirit."

TIME TO GROW UP AND EAT MEAT by Sandy Warner
POEM: DO NOT HARDEN YOUR
HEART
When to listen and when to
speak
Is a matter of integrity and
remaining weak.
As you lay down your flesh,
I will do the rest
As you buck and kick I
remain silent at best.
Tis your choice to receive
My voice as it speaks.
Whether you like it or not,
it's not for critique.
I have loved and walked with
you from afar,
I have loved you with a
detailed sidebar.
I have brought your path to
full circle
That you would receive your
miracle.
Grow up and receive what I
have to say.
And you will prosper in all
your way.
Mind-sets keep you from
receiving strong meat.
Tis no more milk, but solid
food to eat.
Is it fear and shame that
keeps you away?
Or is it a stubborn mind
that rules your day?
You are weaned from the
bottle and given strong meat.
Be cautioned how you chew
and whom you greet.
It's what they bring to your
table refined.
They will serve meat and
they will serve wine.
Not all represent My Truth
finely honed.
Some carry poison and some
carry bones.
It's a long ways down and a
heavenly fall
If you resist My prophets
who are the opposite of Saul.
For you have known both the
strong and the weak.
Who do you think climbs My
mountain peak?
What did you expect in these
My servants?
Weak ones at that, with My
love so fervent.
Your mind-sets fortify your
ears with walls.
They keep you from seeing,
these walls must fall.
Repent of your thinking and
spitting out strong meat.
Receive what I sent you and
take it to eat.
You can dissect and complain
about the platters.
It's about your own heart
that really matters.
Yes, strong meat is the menu
for the day.
Be gone with milk, there is
no other way.
I have walked your circles
right from the start.
I will give you over to the
desire of your heart.
Where you walk from here is
your choice.
The condition of your heart
determines My voice.
~~~~~~~
Oh My God, have mercy, - how
I pray!
Give us not over to our
rebellions this day!
Remember that we are blind
in our sin
We have not a clue in how to
enter in.
Our parts are sick unwilling
to receive
We cushion our lives to give
us reprieve.
We push away what you send
to us
Thinking we have the right
to discuss.
But it is not our rights
that matter in the end.
It is what You want that
brings us to blend
With Your will and image
stamped upon our life,
We lay at Your feet and lay
down our strife.
Forgive us for our blind
stubborn way.
Forgive us when we refuse
Your say.
We spit and sputter, we kick
and buck
We try to move on with mere
good luck.
But You are Sovereign in all
the earth.
If You are silent, life has
no worth.
Give us not over to our
desires to run.
But embrace us fully as Your
Son.
Rebuke us if You want, oh
dear Lord.
Transform our hearts with
Your powerful Sword.
But leave us not to the
folly of our souls.
Rather turn again and make
us whole.
Heb 4:6-7 NKJV
Since therefore it remains
that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter
because of disobedience, again He designates a certain day, saying in David,
"Today," after such a long time, as it has been said: "Today, if
you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts."
Be Lead by the Spirit
[vision/parable] 4/15/12
SAW: Someone doing flips on a trampoline. As I watched the scene changed to an open field. This same person would pause look ahead and then do very skilled gymnastics careful to methodically place her hands and feet in precise places. (I had the understanding that this was to avoid hidden traps, a mine field of sorts.)
"The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set traps for me. Selah'(Psalm 140:5)
"Keep me from the snares they have laid for me, And from the traps of the workers of iniquity."(Psalm 141:9)
[parable]
I was a gymnast growing up and traveled all around performing. It was an honor to be on the traveling team. But before I made it to that team, I had to spend many hours in the gym perfecting my skills. Each skill had it's very own particular movement and it took my entire body doing the correct movements at the correct times to allow the skill to be performed appropriately. Many times I would learn to perfect the skill on the trampoline first then advance to doing it either on the floor or on the balancing beam (the landing was much softer on the trampoline). I soon learned that the key in doing many different kinds of flips was to always know where the floor or beam was. That sounds so simple but there are blind spots in flipping and as oddly enough much of it is taking leaps of faith in knowing that your body remembers which way to go. This is called acquiring muscle memory and it comes from doing something over and over again. By the time I would perform the skills on the floor or beam they were as second nature to my muscles and I knew exactly where and how to place my hands and feet.
[end parable]
As I think about this I am reminded that the Lord gives spiritual gifts (skills) to the body of Christ that enable us to look beyond our current surroundings to the spiritual atmosphere that lay ahead. When we first acquire these gifts (skills) we often fall flat on our faces while trying them out. But after some time of exercising the spiritual muscle we learn to operate and flow in them smoothly. Does this mean that we won't from time to time again fall flat on our faces? NO, we most assuredly will. However, the key is to stop and look ahead. Know where the Spirit is and what the Spirit is doing. In other words, take a moment to see what the spiritual ground in front of you looks like. Then move according to the what the Spirit shows you resting assured in where to place your hands and feet. Allow the Spirit to be your muscle memory leading you mine field.
"Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives."(Galatians 5:25)
"Your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is the way, walk in it,” Whenever you turn to the right hand Or whenever you turn to the left."(Isaiah 30:21)
"But this is what I commanded them, saying, ‘Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and you shall be My people. And walk in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well with you.’"(Jeremiah 7:23)
FILL THY CUP:
My child such a training you are going through. I Am so proud of you. This one has been a tough on for you. And I see your eagerness in doing it just right. I hear your pleas for help. My sweetie, you are not alone. I am right here with you and Am training your My body. Precision is the goal. And you have well placed hands and feet. My child, it is by no accident that you are here. I have placed you in this time and I will guide you through the hidden traps the enemy has placed. For I see them all very clearly. Faith! Your faith pleases me. For you understand that your eyes and hears are My eyes and ears. You are so faithful in guarding them. This has allowed a great sensitivity to My Spirit. You turn when I say turn and you stop when I say stop. Such obedience has served you well. For I am behind you the entire way saying," This is the way, walk in it"!
Learning to Stand after Heart Surgery!
I have been pondering faith a lot it seems lately and today as I was driving I was thinking again on this topic before the Lord. I was quickened to faith being like learning to stand after open heart surgery. So, I thought I would share this parable with you.
Most of my nursing career I have taken care of open heart surgery patients at all stages of recovery. The most satisfying was the time I spent with them while working in the critical care unit. This was the absolute most unstable time during their recovery. So unstable in fact they were a one on one patient. Meaning if you were recovering an open heart patient that was the only patient you had!
After hours of working to stabilize heart rate and blood pressures along with waking them up to get them off the ventilater we would stand them up for the first time. This usually took place about 6 hours after surgery and only an hour after coming off the vent and them breathing on their own again.
The first time we would stand them up, they would be very uncertain and not want to do it. Fear of so many things hindered there desire to even try. Pain being one of them. And for the men they would be very uncertain about standing with me (I am only 5'3"). But, I am very confident in my abilities and so they never had a chance with that fight (smile). Anyway, upon standing that first time I had only three instructions for them and I assured them that if they did these 3 simple things they would be just fine.
- They had to breath.
- They had to push with their legs.
- They had to look up.
They had to breath: The fear of pain would cause them to want to hold their breath. After all they did just have their chest opened up. However, holding your breath actually causes the pain to hurt worse. Not to mention you need to breath to live, smile!
Application: Sometimes after we have been hurt or slimmed by the enemy it is hard for us to take good deep cleansing breaths. As the enemy is really good at striking at the heart of the matter and getting us right where we are most vulnerable. However, to a child of God the breath of the Almighty is what gives us life. We need to remember that especially when the enemy has attacked us, trying to steal the life from our walk causing our faith to be weakened we need to breath in the deep cleansing breaths of God. Breathing in more of God will wash away all fear and will give us life.
"Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being."(Genesis 2:7)
"The Spirit of God has made me; the breath of the Almighty gives me life."(Job 33:4).
They had to push their legs: After surgery it is so much easier on them if they push to stand on their own opposed to us pulling on them. If we did all the work they possibly would come out worse as all they would really get is more pain and possible a cracked chest and incision. So, it was imperative that they understand that they have to do the work of standing themselves. Though we would never leave them, they had to do the work of standing.
Application: I feel the Lord telling us to stand. Stand firm in all that we know. All that He has taught us. Stand, then when we can do nothing else, stand!
"Not that we lord it over your faith, but we work with you for your joy, because it is by faith you stand firm. "(2 Corinthians 1:24)
"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain."(1 Corinthians 15:58)
"He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand."(Psalm 40:2)
"Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."(Ephesians 6:13)
They had to look up: The heart is a muscle and can get easily irritated. This is what causes the instability immediately after surgery. So most certainly when we first start exerting that heart even with only trying to stand the heart can react. Reactions from the heart muscle can cause heart rate or blood pressure fluctuations which can cause the patient to be dizzy and/or light headed. We would instruct them to look up, not at us or at the ground while they were standing because we tend to follow our eyes. They are more likely to fall down or forward if they were looking down or at us.
Application: To go higher we must look higher.
Application: To go higher we must look higher.
"1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
3 He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.
5 The LORD watches over you—
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.
7 The LORD will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore."(Psalms 121)
he will watch over your life;
8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore."(Psalms 121)
The Good Soil
For a few weeks now I have been quickened to dump trucks. It seems everywhere I look I see huge dump trucks.
Open Smell: Top soil.
Quickened memory: Yesterday I walked under the exterior stair case of our home leading up to the balcony on the 2nd floor and said, "We have got to get some top soil in here or nothing is going to grow in this dirt."
Importance of Topsoil: Plants generally concentrate their roots in and obtain most of their nutrients from this layer.
"23 But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.”(Matthew 13:23)
"It was planted in good soil by many waters, To bring forth branches, bear fruit, And become a majestic vine.”’(Ezekiel 17:8)
FILL THY CUP:
My child I am moving in the topsoil. Creating with you in a depth of ground soil. Good ground. Ground that will allow all the seeds that I have planted with in you to grow. You are planted by many waters and you will bear much fruit. My child you will be a majestic vine in My name!
The Good Ship
[vision] 4/6/12
SAW: A very large cruise ship docked. As I watched I saw myself walking closer to it as if I was about to board. As I did I saw an angel wearing a black and white striped shirt standing as it seemed he was guarding my path.
I have heard it mentioned that a ship represents leadership.
[Lord is this a good ship or a bad ship?]
HEARD (song): The good ship lollipop. (Sung by Shirley Temple)
CONFIRMATION: Today (4/6) is a friend of mines birthday and she was sent this graphic.
CONFIRMATION: The same day a fellow QW Ministry Team
member posted the following vision of Jesus:
[start quote]
I saw Him wearing a striped black and white outfit that reminded me of a zebra. I asked Him what He was doing, and I saw Him dusting, He said He was going to get all the grime off of me and make way for joy
[end quote]QW member response:
[start quote]
I have heard a teacher mention that black and white can represent the prophetic. To know or have discernment between what is right and what is wrong, that is the strength of prophetic people.
[end quote]
23 “And they shall teach My people the difference between the holy and the unholy, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean."(Ezekiel 44:23)
FILL THY CUP:
My daughter remember the Words spoken over your life. Many times I have sent My prophets to decree your destiny. My Words prophesying that you will go far in the prophetic ministry. My daughter your ship has come in. You are My willing vessel full of faith and a boldness few have known. For boldly you have taken your place among My lot and I am asking you to cast your net into deeper waters now. It's okay I will be right here with you and you are prepared, equipped for this journey. You are a fast learner and will learn more as you go. You are not alone for you are among a fleet of ships. My vessels chosen for My honor and My glory. Monday, April 2, 2012
Antidote For Fear
17 God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. 18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. 19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. 20 Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek."(Hebrews 6:17-20-NLT)
I remember studying terminal diseases in nursing school, as it was one of my favorite areas of study. Not sure really why because it wasn't filled with happy times like say maybe labor and delivery. But that area spoke to and so I enjoyed studying them. I remember the day we started that area of study as I watched the instructed take on a slightly different demeanor as she opened the course with these words, "What is the antidote for fear?" We all looked around and were uncertain as to the answer because it didn't seem like the answer would be medical in relation. She allowed us to ponder this for several moments. Then she broke the silence and gave the answer as she stated, "The antidote for fear is hope. Never take away someone's hope."
"The antidote for fear is hope. Never take away someone's hope." That is a phrase that has stick in my mind for the past 10 years. As I have had the extreme honor of caring for individuals and families in times of ultimate distress. I have held the hands of many patients who have crossed the thin veil into eternity. I have walked others so close that I felt as though I could pass through right along with them. I have wiped the tears of grief stricken spouses as they receive the news of impending doom. I have also heard the earth shattering screams and cries of a mom realizing her child will not make it. Impossible situations of sadness. But, in every situation these words have rung loud and clear in my heart and mind. Even while facing death head on with these patients never would I say there is no hope. I would always point them to the cross and proudly proclaim that anything is possible in Him.
I was reminded of the promise of this antidote of hope last week. It was a Friday and I had an absolute full plate of patients to see. My very first patient was one in which hope needed to be reinforced as he very bravely fronted courage for his most precious little wife. He found himself facing a heart attack with a history that presented only non-surgical options. And needing a whole lot of HOPE. As I securely tucked them away in an ambulance I had the most extremely feeling of compassion. For this was a heart issue on every level.
You know we walk the corridors of this life uncertain in every turn. What will the next second bring? We have no promise of it ever even coming for us. But what we do have a promise of is eternity in Him.
[Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. 19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls.]
Fill Thy Cup:
My children, as you advance in this hour in history you must do it with brave hearts and eyes fixed. You must not focus on the shame or shadows. As you stretch forth your hands for healing, you must reach for and retrieve hope. Hope has to be the thing that you deposit into each soul. Into everyone you encounter. As it is the hope of salvation that fuels the courage to advance. Even in the most ultimate times of distress. Hope is the strong and secure anchor for your souls. It is hope that will take you past the shame, shadows and distress and will usher you right into the inner court. Right into My presence.
Living Waters
[4/1/12] dream
Last night prior to going to bed I spent a great deal of time in prayer and worship. I was asking for the Lord to bring about deeper revelation and deeper wisdom to me. I was simply crying out to Him for greater understanding of what was going on as it seemed as though the labor was very hard these last couple of weeks.
I went to bed and had two dreams back to back. I feel as though they are connected.
[1st dream]
I was walking around a property looking at this beautiful older home that was vacant. I remembered the lovely family that use to live there but had since moved on. As I walked in the house looking at all the vacant rooms I could feel and hear the wooden floors creek as I walked. I stood at one end of the hall way near the front door and look down to see so many bedrooms. I thought this would be so great for a large family. One who had many children. As I walked outside and around the grounds a man and his wife who had the absolute nicest countenances walked up to me and was asking about this home. Though it wasn't through actually talking. I could hear their thoughts and I answered them back in actual spoken words. I took them up on the porch and explained to them that a large family used to live there and it would great for a family with many children. The husband and wife just looked at each and I could hear their thoughts of approval. I left them on the porch to talk among each other and walked out across the road only to suddenly find it was flooding. Literally as if a river had flooded it's banks and was now overflowing into the small town near this house. I noted the waters were flowing from west to east. The waters were rushing so fast and they were thigh high in some places and only ankle depth in others. It all seemed so sudden. I became somewhat alarmed as these waters literally weren't there just moments before. I looked around and saw this worker directing the traffic through the rushing waters. He was smiling and seems not bothered by the water a bit. I yelled across the road to him, "What happened, this is so sudden?" He yelled back (with the nicest countenance and a smile on his face), "We have been doing dozier work for a whole day. Just sit back and enjoy it. " As he said this I had a vision of the levy of a large lake with a dozier at the bottom of the levy pulling down part of the it's banks to allow water to flow. I realized then that the dozier work they had done was not to stop the water from flowing but to cause it to flow. I turned back to see the house only to find that it had water up all around it's edges. I then woke up.
[end dream]
[2nd dream]
I saw a woman laboring in child birth. As I approached her bed and sat down to give her some comfort she gave a final push and the baby was birthed with a gush of water. I saw my hands reach in and turn the baby face up. I felt so unclean as I had no gloves on and I as touching something so pure. I reached over and got a white towel and placed the baby on the towel. As I was positioning to suction it's nose I noticed it was a girl. I started suctioning the nose and noted the most pleasant beautiful expression on the baby's face. She had such a beautiful pure coloration. Not like one that had not taken it's first breath yet. Then I woke up.
[end dream]
As I ponder these two dreams I get a strong impression of them connecting. As I think about the dozier work done by the workers I understand their labored caused the water to overflow and reach everyone in the town. As from the belly of the lake (or river) the waters flowed. I feel as though this was a parable for the following dream of the baby being birthed. As it was with the work of labor a gush of water brought forth a new creation.
Quickened Scripture: John 7:38; Ezekiel 47:4-9
38He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."(John 7:38)
38He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."(John 7:38)
"4 Again he measured one thousand and brought me through the waters; the water came up to my knees. Again he measured one thousand and brought me through; the water came up to my waist. 5 Again he measured one thousand,and it was a river that I could not cross; for the water was too deep, water in which one must swim, a river that could not be crossed. 6 He said to me, “Son of man, have you seen this?” Then he brought me and returned me to the bank of the river.
7 When I returned, there, along the bank of the river, were very many trees on one side and the other. 8 Then he said to me: “This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed. 9 And it shall be that every living thing that moves, wherever the rivers go, will live. There will be a very great multitude of fish, because these waters go there; for they will be healed, and everything will live wherever the river goes. "(Ezekiel 47:4-9)
RHEMA 11/11/11
HEARD: I havent called you do "DO" anything sweetheart, just rest. Enjoy yourself.
(I have been scrapbooking and enjoying a vacation.)
HEARD: Shall we tell her? It wouldnt hurt. Everything you say and do effects the spirit world.
[end quote]
I realize that at times we can get so lost in the work of ministering to others that we forget to enjoy the fruit of our labor. We forget that we are not alone. We have workers, angels, sent to assist us. And that what we are speaking out they are hard at work behind the scenes accomplishing. Our words bring about the power to pull down heaven, pull down the rivers of living water and these living waters contain the power to birth new creations.
"14 Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?"(Hebrews 1:14)
"The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you—they are full of the Spirit and life."(John 6:63)
