Rhema: 7/4/11 (July 4th)
The word "Pivotal' as been in my spirit for the last two days! I have felt as though this July 4 would be a turning point spiritually for our nations...our churches... This morning I woke up with the spirit of God on me .... it's so heavy! ~PIVOTAL!!!
Pivotal Means
- of vital or critical importance: a pivotal event.
- of, pertaining to, or serving as a pivot.
Pivot Means:
- a pin, point, or short shaft on the end of which something rests and turns, or upon and about which something rotatesor oscillates.
- the end of a shaft or arbor, resting and turning in a bearing.
- any thing or person on which something or someone functions or depends vitally: He is the pivot of my life.

He spoke of 2011 being a "hinge" year. It's a time of transition. We are waiting for a resolution...kind of like a chord progression finalizing from the 7th to 8th note. 11 is a similar number to 7...can't be divided evenly and needs "resolution."
He's speaking about "awakenings" right now, too. Saying that when the Great Awakenings happened in past actually change society. For example, slavery was abolished during an awakening. Child labor laws were changed during another.
He also spoke John 11:11...Jesus is trying to awaken us w/ Resurrection Power.
