[vision] 7/1/11
SAW: Someone kneeling as if in prayer. Above the person was a beautiful woman and behind her was a beautifully colored horizon...like a sunrise. Then the scene changed as darkness spread across the entire vision...Almost as though someone was pouring all of the color out and replacing it with black and shades of grey....The women changed from her once beautiful dress to a dress appearing as though a sackcloth...her hair once fair in color is now black...Then the horizon once beautiful in bright oranges and yellows... was now being replaced with the spreading darkness...from the center outward...
This morning in prayer, still pondering this vision, I asked the Lord for scripture confirming and explaining this vision...

An Army of Locusts
1 Blow the trumpet in Zion;sound the alarm on my holy hill.
Let all who live in the land tremble,
for the day of the LORD is coming.
It is close at hand—
2 a day of darkness and gloom,
a day of clouds and blackness.
Like dawn spreading across the mountains
a large and mighty army comes,
such as never was in ancient times
nor ever will be in ages to come.

they gallop along like cavalry.
5 With a noise like that of chariots
they leap over the mountaintops,
like a crackling fire consuming stubble,
like a mighty army drawn up for battle.

They climb into the houses;
like thieves they enter through the windows.
every face turns pale.

it is dreadful.

Rend Your Heart
12 “Even now,” declares the LORD,“return to me with all your heart,
with fasting and weeping and mourning.”

and not your garments.
Return to the LORD your God,
for he is gracious and compassionate,
slow to anger and abounding in love,
and he relents from sending calamity.
14 Who knows? He may turn and relent

a byword among the nations.
Why should they say among the peoples,
‘Where is their God?’”

The LORD’s Answer
18 Then the LORD was jealous for his landand took pity on his people.
19 The LORD replied[a] to them:
“I am sending you grain, new wine and olive oil,
enough to satisfy you fully;
never again will I make you
an object of scorn to the nations.

its eastern ranks will drown in the Dead Sea

both autumn and spring rains, as before.
24 The threshing floors will be filled with grain;
the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.

the great locust and the young locust,
the other locusts and the locust swarm[b]—
my great army that I sent among you.

who has worked wonders for you;

27 Then you will know that I am in Israel,
that I am the LORD your God,
and that there is no other;

The Day of the LORD
28 “And afterward,I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
29 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
30 I will show wonders in the heavens
and on the earth,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.
31 The sun will be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.
32 And everyone who calls
on the name of the LORD will be saved;
for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem
there will be deliverance,
as the LORD has said,
even among the survivors
whom the LORD calls.[c
As I read through Joel 2, I began to understand God is saying, Look, my army is advancing... I am sending divine judgement upon the land... Assemble yourselves, all my people, assemble yourselves and pray...drop everything and fall on your faces and pray to me for this is a critical hour... For even though my army is advancing I will hear you... turn your hearts back to me.... and I will relent...I will withhold my judgment Just as I did in Nineveh...I will hear your repentance and I will heal your land.. I will send showers...showers of blessings....I will make your fields green again... You will be overflowing with grain...Come back to me...Then after I have healed your land and you know that I am God... that all this was done by Me... I will then pour out my spirit on all flesh and EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON ME WILL BE SAVED!

Joel 2:10-11
The earth quakes before them, The heavens tremble; The sun and moon grow dark, And the stars diminish their brightness. 11 The Lord gives voice before His army, For His camp is very great; For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; Who can endure it?
It has always amazed me that my generation of church believers interpreted this chapter to be Joel's army of awesome Christians. Such destruction never made sense to me!
Actually this is a literal army of people in war, desecrating a land. In order to find out what land and people, we can find cross references of buzz words with the sun, moon and stars losing their light.
This is judgment against Babylon which according Revelation's description, many believe it is Mecca, which is in Saudi Arabian oil money that controls the world's finances.

Judgment against Edom (Saudi Arabia)

In the last days we are going to see major wars coming from the Islamic nations which is the antichrist religion.
CONFIRMATION: I just pasted your vision and my response into my rhema journal and searched for the date. Look what I heard on the same day. Between what I said about my blind generation and etc, this appears to be a confirmation.
